Why fresh commerce is different
We learned this building Bibi Organics and EcoPacha. Perishable, recurring, early-morning orders need their own rules, so we built a platform around them.
Generic store builders think in one-off carts. Milk, greens and eggs are daily, alternate-day or weekday drops that customers pause and resume.
Cut-off times, harvest windows and same-day vs next-day slots decide what can be sold, to whom, and when.
Serviceable zones, early-morning routes and driver hand-offs need to run without a call centre in the middle.
Organic buyers want evidence: quality checks before dispatch and batch lab reports they can open themselves.

Websites & marketplaces
WearPass runs entirely in the browser: a rental and resale marketplace with owners on one side and renters on the other, built on Next.js and Supabase.

Owners list, renters book or buy. One listing, two ways to transact.
The renter's card is pre-authorised. Nothing is charged unless there's damage.
Shoppers save their measurements once and see a green, yellow or red fit on every listing.
A 5-step wizard with measurements per garment type, reviewed before it goes live.
4-angle photos at dispatch and on arrival settle disputes before they start.
Owners are paid after a confirmed return, or sell the piece outright.

Innovyx Tech Labs is an ecommerce app and website development company based in Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala. We built and run the platforms behind Bibi Organics (A2 milk subscriptions), EcoPacha (hyperlocal vegetable delivery) and WearPass (designer ethnic wear rental), so you can see live, working builds before you hire us.
Yes. We build Android and iOS apps in Flutter and fast ecommerce websites in Next.js, with a shared admin panel behind them. Bibi Organics and EcoPacha run on apps and a website; WearPass is a web-only marketplace. You can start with a website, apps, or both.
No. We are based in Kerala but build for brands across India. Delivery zones are set per pincode or drawn on a map, so the same platform works in Kochi, Kozhikode, Thiruvananthapuram, Bengaluru, Chennai or any other city.
Yes. Innovyx Tech Labs built the Bibi Organics milk subscription app, which delivers A2 milk in glass bottles before 6 AM. It supports daily, alternate-day, weekday and weekend plans, one-tap vacation mode, a prepaid wallet, a driver app for morning routes and an admin app, all under the brand's own name.
A milk subscription app needs flexible delivery schedules, pause and resume (vacation mode) with a nightly cut-off, a prepaid wallet with top-ups, pincode-based delivery zones, a driver app for early-morning runs and an admin panel for orders and stock. Our Bibi Organics build has all of these, plus batch QR codes that link to lab reports for quality trust.
Yes. Innovyx Tech Labs built EcoPacha, a hyperlocal fresh vegetable and fruit delivery marketplace with over 600 products. It has express same-day and standard next-day delivery slots, store-hours and order cut-off rules, a three-stage quality check with packing photos, a Next.js website and a Flutter customer app.
Yes. The EcoPacha catalog shows Malayalam product names and understands Manglish search, so a customer typing "vendakka" or "cheera" finds the right vegetable. This helps grocery and fresh-food apps convert local customers in Kerala.
We map serviceable delivery zones with PostGIS and check them by pincode, then apply same-day and next-day slots, store hours and order cut-offs. Customers only see what can actually be delivered to their address, which cuts failed orders for hyperlocal delivery businesses.
Yes. Innovyx Tech Labs built WearPass, a peer-to-peer marketplace where owners list bridal and festive ethnic wear and renters book it for a 5-day window or buy it pre-loved. It includes a guided listing wizard, listing review, fit-match against saved measurements, condition photos and owner payouts after each return.
On WearPass the renter's card is pre-authorised as a security hold, like a hotel check-in, so ₹0 deposit is charged upfront. The hold is only used if an outfit comes back damaged, and 4-angle condition photos at dispatch and on arrival settle disputes.
The cost depends on whether you need a website, apps or both, which modules you choose (such as subscriptions, delivery zones or a marketplace) and your order volume. Innovyx Tech Labs gives a fixed quote after a free demo, and you can start small and add modules as you grow.
Yes. Every app and website we build is white-label and launches under your brand, logo and domain, the same way Bibi Organics, EcoPacha and WearPass each run under their own names.
Yes. Many D2C and fresh-food brands start on WhatsApp orders. In the demo we review how you take orders today, then plan your catalog, customer and subscription move to your own website and app.
No. Start with the pieces you need, such as subscriptions and delivery, and add the rest as you grow.
